Most shipments will be carried out by Star Track or Australia Post.

Orders in the Perth Metro area (Postcodes 5999-6200) will be charged at a flat rate of $10

Orders anywhere else in Australia will be charged at a flat rate of $20

Orders over $99 with receive FREE shipping Australia wide

Please Note these rates do not apply to furniture or orders containing dangerous goods. Please contact us for individual quotes.

Hair Online will not accept liability for any loss or damage arising from items stolen, lost or damaged AFTER delivery has taken place. 

During the order process, it is your responsibility to enter the correct delivery address. Should you enter the wrong address, we are not obliged to re-send the order at our expense to correct the problem. We will not accept liability for any loss or damage to goods arising from a late delivery.

Orders can take up to 14 days for delivery, although we always endeavour to get it to you as quickly as possible.
