- Any exchange must be made within 7 DAYS of purchase with a receipt
 
- Items presented for exchange must be in the same condition as they were when initially sold (unused, boxed, etc)
 
- A credit note will not be issued unless the item has a manufacturing fault and proof of purchase is produced to the staff within the store
 
- Electrical items will only be exchanged as per the manufacturer’s warranty and only on items found to be faulty as a result of manufacturing and not misuse
 
- There is no exchange on the following: hair accessories, hair pieces, combs and brushes due to health regulations
 
- Hair Online accepts no responsibility for any professional hair product application that has been applied outside the salon
 
- We do not exchange or refund accessories, electrical items, scissors or products based on incorrect choice or change of mind, UNLESS these items are faulty
